Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-refundable goods & services
All bookings at our venues are non-refundable and non transferable. You can reschedule your booking no later than 12 weeks before the date of your trip after this time you cannot amend it. The link to reschedule can be found in your booking confirmation email.
You have the right to cancel your booking at any time using the link in your booking confirmation email however in doing so you will forfeit any payment you have already made.If, however, you cancel your confirmed booking, it will only be accepted by received & replied email, signed by the Group Organiser and the following fees will be incurred: – i – Cancellation more than 12 weeks prior to your travel date cancellation fee = deposit only.(excludes off peak bookings) ii – Cancellation 8 to 12 weeks prior to your travel date cancellation fee = 50% of total cost. iii – Cancellation less than 8 weeks prior to your travel date cancellation fee = the total cost of the holiday.
Final payment is due no later than 12 weeks before your arrival date. Failure to pay the balance on or before this date will result in your holiday booking being cancelled and the dates being re-advertised.
- BOOKING CHANGES – If any changes to a confirmed booking are required, we will try and be flexible wherever possible.
- PASSPORTS – All guests should ensure that they hold the appropriate passport and travel documents at time of travel. It is strongly advised that have a current EHIC and adequate TRAVEL INSURANCE before travelling.
- TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS – All travel arrangements / requirements are your responsibility and Roseau accepts no responsibility for delays or
cancellations to crossings via any method or, if there are irregularities with your documents. - CHILDREN – We do not consider the fishery suitable for children under 12 years of age. All children between the ages of 12 and 16 years must be accompanied by an adult.
- PETS – Pets are allowed however only if cleared with Roseau prior to your arrival.
- FISHERY RULES AND REGULATIONS – All persons holidaying at Roseau (anglers and guests) must agree to abide by all rules laid down by the management staff.
- JURISDICTION – Payment of deposit constitutes acceptance of a contract on these terms subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
- FORCE MAJEURE – Roseau will not be held liable for loss or delay occasioned by any of the following: Strikes, Political Unrest, Riots, Port Closures, War or Threat of, Terrorist Activity, Industrial Disputes, Fire, Flood, Technical / Weather problems to transportation, Covid, Acts of God or any other event(s) beyond our control.
- Roseau reserves the right to terminate your vacation if you are in any way causing a disturbance or harm to other anglers, other people, any fish, grounds, lakes or property. You will not be liable to a refund / compensation and you may incur costs for any damage caused.The person making the booking is deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions. Please advise all party members of the Rules and Restrictions as published. Deposits are accepted on the strict understanding that this action has been taken
- We do not offer a refund on off-peak bookings any cancellation will result in a 100% forfeit.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
